Also whether Newcastle are as much of a threat for top 4 as Man United. I’d still lean towards man United this season. It's going to be very interesting to see what the 3 match-ups between us, Newcastle and United yield.
Up front I think 4 points for any of the 3 teams would be a good return..

That’s why I don’t think we are title contenders. Struggle against the top 6 & also away to other London teams. All Those Derby’s are a disadvantage for London teams. City just have united & Liverpool really. Palace, Brentford, West Ham, chelsea, Woolwich etc. it’s a bit of a surprise if we win there. Usually tough games. If we're serious about challenging this season then you have to go to the big away grounds and get results. Draw at Stamford Bridge not terrible loss at Emirates so for me now we need to send out a statement and win at old Trafford.
Yeah I can see them going 2 ways. Rallying & being 3rd or keep falling apart & ending up mid table.

Yes They will need to back klopp in January now it’s clear for all that their squad is falling apart especially in midfield. They are capable of winning 18 out of 20 in the second half and I think they will spend
Not much difference really over this weekend. Woolwich and Chelsea both won these fixtures last season. Newcastle now +2 up on the same fixtures as last season. They're becoming hard to beat, lost just 1 game all season and that was to a dodgy 97th minute goal away at Anfield.
City had a chance to right a wrong against an out of form Liverpool team but losing it means they go a further -2 down on last seasons fixtures. Good result for Liverpool. Not many opportunities for them to right wrongs due to how poor they've started the season but they'd have liked that one.
Huge opportunities in the week for this all to change. We lost at Old Trafford last year, so anything would be a bonus. Woolwich and City both not playing in the week too so getting a win at Old Trafford would be huge for us. It'd put us +10 on Man City so far this season and level with Woolwich on last seasons fixtures.

Promoted teams omitted from overall table however.
It's a disaster for us though. There is far more chance of those fucking scousers finishing above us than there is of us finishing above City.

Sorry, i'm a realist - I'd happily take top 3 right now, City are a million miles away from the rest, and I'm far more fearful of Liverpool catching us than City screwing up so badly that we finish above them - they've got far too much, it's just not gonna happen.
