I saw gooner fans claiming they'd get third, they went on to lose their next 3 games.

4th is the priority. Leave it at that.

should face a points reduction, havent they been frozen with a million a week outgoings?

be interesting to watch them scale back this summer. new owners arent there to chuck money away like the russian. their wage bill is ridiculous.
Honest to God... If they deducted points (it would only need to be 1) after the final standings are sorted... It would KINDA make up for the farce that was us legitimately finishing 4th, only to be denied by a Champions League final penalty shit-out that should have had absolutely nothing to do with OUR achievement over 38 games...

Been looking at the EPL wages table. How the fuck are Man U so shite? They spend about 4 times what we do
You could also ask: "how are we so good, when we spend about 4 times less than Man Utd???"

Looks like it's out of reach, guys.
Sanctions/bankruptcy might change things, but their goal difference is 42 to our 24 with three points between us going into the last game of the season

dont know bout 3rd this year but surely with the new owners they are going to have to trim that wage bill for next year? if we get it right in the summer we need to be challenging city and liverpool, we know we can go toe to toe direct, we just need to deal with the weaker sides who look to frustrate and sit deep.

Not hard to put another 15 points+ on the board…. Full season of Conte and two or three wing backs and a midfielder, poss back up attacker…. Goons need two new forwards, that’s gonna cost 150M
