I'm not too bothered if LCFC win the title. I'd like it to be us, but it looks as though that's a big ask.
It could have been possible if we would have put some of our 21 shots and 5 target away v them at home.
21 shots. 5 on target, 16 corners and 62% of the ball.
They had half the shots and half the shots on target and score with one.
Hugo made one save that match whilst Kasper made 5.
Mahrez, Shinzi, Ulloa and Vardy managed 4 shots between them and none on target.
Harry Kane managed more shots and more on target than the lot of them.
They stole that game, and that's where it was lost imo.

Good luck to them.

I am proud of how we have played this season and how we have progressed. Especially after having had EL football.

Germany v Austria? World cup cant remember when 82 poss

Was that when they fixed the result to knock Algeria out?

Then we had West Germany deliberately throwing the game against East Germany to get an easier draw next round.

It's always been going on and very naive to think otherwise.

The silver lining that none of us should forget regardless of what happens is that the only reason we aren't delighted with Leicester is the Gooners have fucked up so badly - if they'd had even an average 2nd half-season they would be ahead of us.

Leicester were always winning this. Regardless of anything else ( Vardy etc ) if they had lost this would have been a bonus. Their last 3 is tricky and that's the key.

Tricky? Lol Chelsea will gift em a win literally. Utd will maybe take points off them but if 4th place is out of reach they will rest players for the cup. 5 points from 9. Don't see it happening

2nd & finishing ahead of Woolwich is a superb season.
Not going to wallow in not winning the title!

Best all round spurs team in my lifetime.
& for once after a good season, i am not worried about any of our best players leaving in the summer.

You alway post 100 % logical statements/arguments - why the negativity? .
NO its not good luck to them, fuck the sporting spirit...we are not giving up and we will be in this until the last game of the season. Next week was always going to be the big weekend results and then and only then the outcome may be clearer either way. Lets beat WBA and march on....

We beat WBA and march on. its still up for grabs. We need a big game as Chelsea to liven things up. They will lose to Utd and we will beat Chelsea.COYS

I made peace with second place a while ago, which does not translate as not being bothered about winning league, of course it is a shame

It means its obvious this is just the beginning for us, we'll be even better next year, competing on all fronts, more points more wins I cannot wait

Ask Blackburn fans how they feel about their title now? I would rather be competing year in year out than have one moment in the sun, we will get there we have all the right stuff for success, and 2nd is a huge success to start.

The memories get shorter and shorter in this game and in life, the Leicester fans will be protesting when 8th next year at Christmas

Yes it was shocking defending and Willims choses to have his worst start today.
He did control it with his arm though. I have watched it about 6 times. Clattenburg had a great angle, but we never saw that or had the benefit of seeing it form different angles. They never decided to question whether he did or not.
Yes Routledge should have got rid of it, but I don't know what Clattenburg saw to give a free kick. Morgan was more of the aggressor aiming a kick.
Still Clatternburg has been favourable to us, and every team has luck. Just they seem to have had the lions share of it this season.
Maybe it's the Monk -y magic.
Totally agree. The luck they have had has been beyond ridiculous and what makes it all the more annoying, as u mentioned, is the pundits just skate over it as if it isn't happening. They are so desperate to praise Leicester they don't want to acknowledge that they are more than lucky to be where they are.

I said in a previous post that watching them over the last 3 or 4 months has been like watching Chelsea in that CL win. No matter what happens absolutely EVERYTHING is going their way. I mean even when their luck seemed to run out last week they still get a last minute penalty to salvage a point.

Vardy being out should have made things tougher for them but Swansea couldn't gift them a goal any quicker to totally null and void that disadvantage.

But of course all of that is swept under the carpet so the media can melt over them as if they are playing fantastic football. Which they most certainly are fucking not!

Also "the best team are the ones that win the league" is such a bollocks statement made to not disrespect the winners.

Bottom line is, sadly, the only reason we aren't top is that poxy 1-0 win they had against us in which we pissed all over them. They parked the bus and then got a totally undeserved sucker punch from a corner.

The best team didn't win that game and the best team aren't top of the league.
