That's a fair shout. I've nothing against the guy, but like with Lampard, it's annoying that these guys are getting gigs when they are clearly not management material. It's shit for the players, fans and the clubs as a whole. Not to mention demoralising for all the people who are fucking good at it, but don't have the celebrity status.
I guess that's where belief and man-management come in. There must be hundreds of could-be managers who just need some 'history' to make it big.
