Apparently they are going to bring in Vitor Pereira who's coaching in Saudi Arabia.
Who's high points in his career is coaching Porto, Fenerbache and Olympiakos. But he is very much untested in a big 5 league.
Him already being in the dressing room while Maddison scored the 0-5 was probably the final nail in the coffin.
A manager heading down early so as to maximise his valuable HT minutes with the players shouldn't be, by default, something to criticise.

Judging by his demeanor I think there's more chance of some kind of short term "sick leave" than a sacking. He's done too much for them to just get fired.
