Manager The Sack Race

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Marco Silva jumping ship to Forest in anticipation of a potential sacking wouldn't surprise me one bit. He has a history of getting his head turned by another club as well.

Seems like his current tenure is running its course, it has been over 4 years after all.

He might really want to go somewhere the owner will let him spend a bit after some very lean years at Fulham. If he is smart though he will stay put at Fulham until something better comes along- Forest under Marinakis is starting to look like a trap.

Sacked? IMO he’s lowkey in a Glasner situation where if he agreed to the contract that’s on the table today, it would be officially announced by tomorrow. It’s just that Glasner has done more, and Fulham are very much a midtable side so it’s easy to overlook them.

I think he’s managed to make a squad full of below average Prem players fairly competent and would go as far to say if (at this point when since his deal runs out in June) he left them, they’d be in a relegation battle.

I know it was Ange but they slapped us away, twice in two seasons. I’d also give Silva credit for the 1-1 at the Lane last season, where they probably should’ve scored 3 and basically played us off the park. That was the game that made me call it a day on spending any money on Tottenham for the season til Ange left ffs.

Silva has massively rehabbed his rep at Fulham; having been seen as a club-hopper..... So much so that he's on the medias lips for the likes of us and Man U.

....He'll know this too. Doing a snidey side-step to Forest would trash all that for very little upswing.

And Slot moves another step towards the sack race...he's a crap coach...

Not so much that, but he's an awful personality. Just a moody thumb looking fucker.

Can't spent £400m on 4 or 5 players and then moan like the club didn't do enough.

Though I did say it was going to end up badly, when a bunch of the usual suspect were touching themselves over what Liverpool were up to
