Good question. That's what I'm wondering as well, while leaning towards the possibility that they'll try to cash in on Eze.Does Guehi forcing his way out help us or hurt us?
Palace won't want a repeat next summer so could look to cash in on Eze, on the other hand losing 2 key players without replacements is putting a big dent in their season.
News to me
Certainly moved up to Tier x or y since he broke the Savinho story ?
€70m = £60m. Greedy bunch up there.
That’s a very very generous offer.

Can we sign a fucking goalscorer for the love of God?
Why aren't we linked with strikers? It's pissing me off.

….Is almost exactly the kind of thing that would never pass the lips of Mr LevyGetting expensive at 70m but fuck it there is no point being the ninth richest club if you cannot throw a bit of cash about.
If what we read has any truth about it...
Both Savinho and Eze want to join?
Both are happy with their proposed contract offers?
Both Palace and City are not going to stand in their way?
Then all we are talking about is the fees?
Apparently City are looking for 60m euro? Fair, in todays market!
Apparently Palace are looking for around the same with Eze going into his final year? Also Fair!
So again, if any of what we are reading is true, then medicals will be booked within the next 48 hours. Or there are certain people (Levy) who don't think the fees are fair and as a result these deals won't get across the line, even though both of these players will increase our chances of success and therefore a bigger revenue.
There's bean counting, then there's bean counting!
We paid 65 for Solanke€70m = £60m. Greedy bunch up there.
That’s a very very generous offer.
I agree; why would City want €60m? Why would an English club that deals in sterling, ask another club that also deals in sterling to pay for a player in euros? That would just increase the exchange rate risk and presumably incur hefty transaction fees. Maybe someone who knows about trading will tell me why it’s a good idea …
Agreed. I was quietly confident this would get done but much less so now... assuming we really have had a £60m bid rejected, Maybe they'll deal at £65m, but I can imagine us taking some time to explore other targets if that's the case, especially if we're looking for a defender as well.€70m = £60m. Greedy bunch up there.

its worth paying big money for. Hes a top player. Come on levy get this one done.
