It appears Garnacho may be helded for Chelsea. Probably for the best. His attitude at Man United last season was very poor.

Never seen him play so not sure if he's any good. Have a feeling chelsea might go for him if we show interest.

That goes wrong because we wasted so much time when we should have bid and closed the deal sooner, now were going back to paz and como with a begging bowl and an even higher fee to pay and just a few days to do it.

We baulked at the 70m price before after bidding 40m, now they will hold out for every penny.

Will we pay 70m for him? NO WAY
Will we pay 80m for savinho? Slightly higher chance.

The most likely outcome is we fuck both deals and end up with a cheapo levy special.and a big we tried.

He would really answer our prayers at lcb and lb, lovely player, really intelligent and a good pass on him too.

Would love hincapie, paz and savinho.

Akliouche seems like one of those players who are so one footed that they go out of their way to avoid using their weak one.

I don't like it, makes the player in question significantly more predictable for defenders in most cases.

I think left footed players have the tendency to be way more one footed. Maybe we just notice it more as less players are left footed, but it feels like for 80% of them, their right foot is exclusively for running and balance.

I'd be happy to just get the two low budget alternatives in now, provided Frank is happy with them, and stop losing time. It would be nice to get Savinho or Paz, but both deals sound complex and very unlikely. People might say at least Spurs are showing ambition, but you can't play ambition. Spurs need to admit to themselves they botched the end of the window, fall back and regroup. Put out the fire and call in the dogs.

Your last sentence is a depressing scenario but a very likely outcome .

We need 3 minimum, most people including the spurs journos thought that last week. Looks like they’re draging this out to a day or two left and we’ll all be happy with one. I know what these people are like. Probably announce investment a few weeks after the window closes as well.
