I don’t agree with this idea that we need wingers more than Eze who is more a 10 (though can play wider on the left) than a winger. We currently have Johno and Kulu as RW options, whilst Tel and Odo are two footed and could play RW at a pinch. Our only 10 is Maddison with Kulu (not a natural 10)as back up. I guess Bergvall could play as a 10. We know Madders can’t play a full season so another 10 is just as important as a winger, plus Eze is 5he perfect Son replacement. All that said I still think getting a top 6 is more important than 10 or wingers, but I’m not TF and who knows what his priorities are? Certainly not us armchair experts.

Last season contributed to much of that lack of availability, with 18 of 38 played. As I posted earlier, he played 33 of 38 the previous season, and that was with 2 matches out due to the Red card.
Kulu can and has play as a 10 as well, we don't need to spend £70m on yet another player who can potentially play as a 10, who isn't by the way a natural no10 either, it's a waste of money and resources.

Yes, I said Kulu can play as a 10. Paying for Eze wouldn’t be a waste as he would improve our side. We are playing in 4 comps and we need quality backups for when players aren’t available. My point is still that I don’t think getting a winger is more important than Eze and a number 6 is more important than both.
The real sad thing about our discussion is that we’ve been so brainwashed by Levy’s miserliness that we argue over a winger v a 10. We should be getting both AND a 6. Liverpool, City, Chelsea would if they were in our position.
