Yeah it’s really scattergun based on reports.

We need a left footed RW so Mbeumo makes some sense but if Kulusevski is moved back to RW then we need a 10.

We also need a replacement for Son if he goes.

If I was guessing, it will be Semenyo to replace Son and a younger player who is either a 10 or left footed RW depending on how Frank wants to use Kulusevski. Also feel like that player will come out of the blue and nobody catches wind of it until it’s done.

If it was me I’d sign n Eze over Semenyo but that release clause needs paying up front and he will ask for 200k pw. We know how that will go

And if we have room for one top-dollar signing (again, we know how we operate), I'd rather target a #6 anyhow.

A Rolls-Royce 6 is going to elevate the level of our forwards more than a dynamic winger is going to elevate the level of our midfield, IMO.

But also, having said all that, just buy Eze for fuck's sake. He's absolutely worth that money, that deal will not do us wrong.

Talent-wise and having shown capacity against the top teams, Rashford is better than all our players.

But the weight of disagreement suggests others think different, so even finances allowed, maybe not.

My view notwithstanding is that Rashford still has 2 or 3 years left at the top level. We shall see.
