Bowen is the real one but they can’t sell him, they would be in big danger of relegation without Bowen. Bowen might be the most efficient player in the league when it comes to making the right decision, knows when to shoot, knows when to pass, just a very smart player.

Bowen is probably retiring at Spam unless they get relegated in the next couple of years

Darwin - appearances 30 goals 5
Richarlison appearances 15 goals 4

Richarlison also works extremely hard, presses well. Darwin also misses a of chances I think Richy would score in the same scenario.

Don't see any benefit to selling Richarlison and replacing him with Darwin personally. Much for muchness and Richarlison is actually quite the fans favourite so why change it?

LOL literally not close to what I said - but we are NEVER competing with City on wages - seemingly NO ONE is - so the gap needs to be made up elsewhere.

Spending more on wages gets you into the discussion, but you need something more to actually win as Liverpool have shown - and are the only ones to show.

Thing is that Spurs already have a 10 in Maddison, and Kulu can also play there (maybe Bergvall as well) ...and Maddison has proven himself at Spurs already (albeit he's been a bit inconsistent)...

if you look at goals per minute Richy is a little bit more effective. its not just down to appearances, these can be for 90 mins or 5 mins. Richy gets one every 200mins or so and Darwin is about 225 mins. maybe its more about availability, Richy is injured a lot and we need someone that's there to be picked, especially with the amount of games we will have.,

Yes but we are nowhere close to Liverpool on the way we structure wages.

They can sign players that we can’t because of our wage structure and hard ceilings on total transfer cost.

We are playing CL this year and Maddison isn’t a guy who stays fit or plays twice a week.

We definitely need another player to compete with Maddison and play when he can’t.

Bergvall isn’t a 10 right now imo. Hes a guy that receives on the half turn and drives forward with the ball.

But tbh I don’t really see the damage in a reduced CL squad.

We will have depth in the PL so still able to rotate. There’s no reason spending wages on a player to fill a squad place when we won’t play them anyway. KWP isn’t a CL level player.

Where'd you get 1 in 2 from for last season? He played 45 games in all competitions and scored 7 goals with 4 assists. That's less than 1 in 6!
Unless you meant sitters missed per game, for which he's probably 2 in 1!

That we can agree on, although 1 in 3 and minimal assists wouldn't justify the money Liverpool would demand IMO.
