We were the 4th most successful team in the country before levy came we are now 6th.
Enter MC & CFC cheating & sportswashing their way to dominance.
4 + 2 = 6 is pretty fkn basic (and illustrative) maths.

It's no forgiveness of Scholar's failures to note that Spurs in 1991 were not in terribly dire straits by the standards of the very rocky football business of that period. He didn't "almost kill the club", that's overstating it. He put the club in financial trouble badly needing outside investment, at a time when that sort of outside investment at a club as big as Spurs was reasonably easy to come by.He did, but he bankrupted us.
Had he not bankrupted us, Sugar would never have had the opportunity. I don't blame him for Sugar's sins, I blame him for his own.
Possibly. None of which excuses Scholar for what he ACTUALLY did, which was almost kill our club. Floating us on the stock exchange cleared our debt short term, but was ultimately a failure which landed us in bigger debt that our other directors had to bail us out of with loans. The East stand expansion put us even deeper into the mire then, to add insult to injury, he used us to shore up his failing textile businesses.
He may have had a vision, but he didn't have the skillset to make it work.
He is the single biggest reason why we ended up slogging it out in the bottom half for better than a decade. Sugar just kept us treading water.
Of all the Chairmen we've had, it's Scholar that deserves our vitriole more than any.
Not any more we're not. You think that Chelsea, then Man City, hoovered up trophies because of their fanbase? But they did in fact get it right.
It's not rocket science, the clubs that have massive fanbases (as we and Liverpool do, and United does to an even greater degree across the globe) are going to continue generating the funds that allow for continued opportunities to compete at the top level.
Every last penny is the fans, we ARE the game in the literal, concrete, irrevocable sense.
That reminds me I need to order some more viagra
This “cheating and sports washing” results in trophies and little punishment I don’t think either fanbase give a fuck about fake morality from other billion pound corporations.Enter MC & CFC cheating & sportswashing their way to dominance.

How can I know the exact answer to that question?
I have however stated on multiple occasions that I think we need an additional striker, so that is 3 if we keep Richarlison, or2 more if he is sold. Someone who scores more than Solanke is likely to is important in my view.
I think our midfield lacks both quality and depth, so.....
And I think we need another 1/2 in defence.
Anyone who thinks our current squad can bring us more than top 6 at best is going to be very disappointed.
I think that is fairly balanced , a lot more balanced than I am / should be . However I really dislike Lewis as a man and I wouldn’t fancy a pint with DanielSugar should always shoulder most of the blame. He wanted to turn us into Wimbledon, he made Bill Nic pay for his tickets, he fell out constantly with people, thought Bergkamp (who wanted to come here) would fail, appointed Ardiles Francis, Gross and Graham.
Levy got some slack at the start because of this and broadly until around 2015 he did ok with caveats. Since then he's been abysmal. He's stuck and the past and for all intense and purposes has given up on trying to be competitive. If he'd have gone 2017 /18 or even when the stadium opened he'd be thought of very differently. Now he just looks stale and without a clue how to put us back in the big time. Someone who has outstayed his welcome by several years.
Not this shiete again, I’ve provided the quoted twice now, he said ver fucking batim “winning is difficult” - people hard one word wrong but the context is exactly the sameLevy get criticised for stating that he wants to win the league and the CL, but people were upset with him when he apparently said "winning is hard" which turned out to not be true anyway and when he gave watches to our players before the CL final.
Can we pick a lane please guys?![]()

Those fan bases grew massively when they won stuff. Most of those fans are plastics and glory hunters. This “cheating and sports washing” results in trophies and little punishment I don’t think either fanbase give a fuck about fake morality from other billion pound corporations.
Also enter an unprecedented dry trophy spell resulting in 2 trophies in 25 years. If our ownership is unable to compete with clubs we used to be ahead of maybe it’s time to sell up to somebody who can…
Shandy flan can’t get over it, it’s bizarreAs I posted
Was the exam hard
No It was very difficult though
Not sure how anyone cannot see that is exactly the same
That's sir shandy flan to you

Bloke only got involved to sell satellite dishes. He never gave one fuck about the club.

He's the most obvious troll on the forum. And there's some serious competition.
