As I hope he would, left back, HG, one of the best in the league
It's not.Romero to play as DM!
With no links to a DM at this stage it's possible Frank will move Romero to play there. Personally I think he'd be a gun there, great tackler, good in the air, good passer.
Definite option IMO
Why don't we just get Grealish and Rashford on loan for the season?
Improves both wings for a season until we find out if Odobert, Tel, Moore, Yang are good enough.
Could probably get them for 200k pw each. With United chipping in for Rashford. Seems better than giving WHam 60m+. We can use that money on a gun DM.
Or a Richarlison or a SolankeThe waste of money on unproven players is our downfall. For what we have wasted we could easily have got a Simmons or eze in.

Eh what eh?Neither of those players are better than Son and Kulu - and neither of them would come to sit on the bench.
Grealish and Rashford have 'sick note' written all over them.
July the 3rd it is. I knew this was coming. Just a full month into the summer window before this madness got brought up again.Romero to play as DM!

I wouldn't totally dismiss Udogie like that. I would be very close between them. Now we're talking.
If he comes here and plays like he did at Fulham, he's our starting LB.
I think we are well into silly season now.Very surprised with links to Fulhams Antonee Robinson. He'll be 28 next month, has 3 years left on deal and is one of Fulhams best players. He'll likely cost 40m+ so just can't see a world where it happens
so it's not gonna happen then.I wouldn't totally dismiss Udogie like that. I would be very close between them.
But this would be a proper ambitious move. We'd have 2 very good left backs who could rotate regularly and would both be competing with eachother to start the big games. This move would be a gamechanger! It would be a huge step for a club like Spurs who have always left themselves short going into a season where 3 or 4 injuries combined can usually destroy our season.
Why would they want that bad smell around the dressing room? Why don't we just get Grealish and Rashford on loan for the season?

Thing is when you’re not paying top wages, you’re always gonna compromise on something. Either you’re signing players not as talented as the top paying sides, or players who are as talented but come with caveats, or you’re signing younger players that take time to develop. Not against this on talent , attitude is a question mark but I’m 70/30 in favour . We need some flair players to watch and someone who can do something different . If my Spammer mates didn’t want him gone so badly I’d be all in
So Levy will be disappointed then.I wouldn't be shocked if it was around £55-60m though. It's roughly what we paid for him and he's got 2 years left on his contract.
People expecting £70m+ are going to be disappointed I reckon.
Great rotation not rotations…….Porro…Udogie….Spence. Perhaps Davies will be ok in a less kamikaze system.
