If he's fit why shouldn't he?

You don talk bollocks about him and the Argentine players.

FFS act your age not your shoe size.

Sounds like our negotiating strategy is working.

If you only have one buyer and you are getting spooked, then the price tends downwards.
The 85 mil release clause in Kudus' contract apparently expires on Thursday.

Me thinks that Spam will try to drag this out until then in hopes that someone pounces on it. But Kudus' team are working to get a move here done.

Remember peak Jack Grealish from Villa…. £25M would have comfortably got the job done ( and Grealish was very keen to sign ) Levy went in with 10M plus Josh Onuma. The rest is history…
Well but that gets right at it, because Levy's fascination with Grealish was not a focus on him as a singular future top talent that we had to have, it was the leverage he perceived with Villa's financial situation that they "had" to sell him, that leverage WAS the target.

So it's not really true that we were smart enough to scout Grealish's ability and then cheaped out on the bid. We were (and are) ideologically enslaved to cheapness, and just happened to stumble upon a massive scouting find in that case by coincidence.

I don't think the Kudus situation is quite that bad, but that element has always and will always be embedded in our operation every single day Daniel Levy remains at the club. We scout deals not players.
