Pre-internet Earth was so much better than this.

He looked really good until a serious hamstring injury that needed surgery meant he missed most of last season. When he came back he had a couple of really good cameos. I really think he’s ready. At the moment, the jury is out on him. The only time I’ve ever seen him play with real confidence and dynamism is age group football for France. In the PL he looks timid and a bit lightweight so far.
He’s still young and hopefully there’s more to come, but I don’t think anyone can be sure he’ll make an impact this year.
Which makes your protestations about Levy's comments about winning the league a bit weird and pretty pointless.
What protestations?
I took him on his word so I’m expecting him to build a squad that can win it.
I want him to say that, I just also want him to deliver as well

I wouldn't mind letting Vuskovic have a crack at the DM position. Kid looks like he could play anywhere. It’s a completely lop sided squad , amazed we’re not linked with any number 6 type players , we haven’t got anyone in the squad that can play that role . Meanwhile we have about 8 wide players . So much work to be done ins and outs .
Did he? He only had a couple of starts before his injury and was pretty tentative. He’s got a lot of talent, but can he mix it physically and impose himself? He looked really good until a serious hamstring injury that needed surgery meant he missed most of last season. Fair few back up striker links out there
A younger one makes sense if they think Lankshear still isn’t ready
Don’t be ridiculous.I wouldn't mind letting Vuskovic have a crack at the DM position. Kid looks like he could play anywhere.
We didn't...thought we could get him on the cheap and it backfired.
If you don't have a decent DM and you don't buy one then you have to manufacture one. Vuskovic is definitely worth a crack, could be a gun.So he’s played one game (half) and we’re already talking about moving him away from his favoured position?
Get tae fuck ya yellow-bellied eel.
How about we get him some game time at CB and allow him to develop naturally instead of trying to fit square pegs into round holes.
I like the look of Lankshear but he looks more in the mould of an old fashioned striker E.g. Lineker and Fowler. He doesn’t look like someone who will excel as a lone striker, hold the ball up, turn players and run in behind, shoot from outside the box etc. In terms of a modern striker, Scarlett looks more suited but question marks over fitness and is he good enough.
