Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Read the post again. I said the reason we may have not signed a naming rights deal yet may be because keeping the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium name might be worth more to us than what a naming rights deal would net us. Once it gets to the point that it's not, then it makes sense to sign a deal.

Shirley not that outlandish, no?
I think you are right. With all the NFL/concerts/boxing going on there calling the stadium anything other than the ‘Tottenham Hotspur Stadium’ would be a missed opportunity to promote the club brand worldwide. Any naming rights deal would have to be enormous to give up that promotion.

probably take Sesko and Simons from RB in a double deal, that would be a nice dream

Wake Up Nightmare GIF by CBS

nice dream. but highly unrealistic
Everything is highly unrealistic because Levy has conditioned us that way, there was a time when we signed players like Lineker, Gascoigne, Kilnsmann, Ardiles etc, all genuine world class, but now we deem it unrealistic? If that's the case Levy has genuinely won.

It actually doesn't. even if our stadium was called Barney the Dinosaur Stadium. When the stadium would be said on tv or in any media it would be Barney the Dinosaur Stadium home of Tottenham Hotspur.

Yeh the football landscape hasn't changed at all since 1994..... Spot on.

"Everything is highly unrealistic"

Ridiculously hyperbolic, but crack on. I've no doubt you'll feel much better for it now.
