What we really need is some gynaecologist ITK…
Well, hello!!!

Both my kids were high risk pregnancies, so we've gone through all of this. Essentially it means that there's more regular monitoring of the baby's health, and the issues can vary enormously. For my kids, it was a hole in the heart. Whilst this sounds really scary, and it did scare my Wife, it was a pin prick size hole in the aorta, if I remember correctly. It is still classed as high risk, but the doctors were very quick to advise us that this sorts itself out over time in the vast majority of cases, and that's exactly what happened with our kids.

I'm not making light of the situation as, at the time, it IS scary when you first get the news. Also, none of us know just what the actual health problem may be. However, we were told that it is quite rare for these health issues to persist throughout the pregnancy, as the fetus is still developing and many/most issues get resolved naturally.

Whatever happens with MGW, I do hope that their issue resolved in the same way ours did.

Report says we retain an interest in Guehi, presumably if Romero should leave.

Can't see us getting another CB in just for the sake of it.

Compound interest of 5% on an annual £5m/season gives you £108,841,147.27 in total after 14 years. Waiting for a 'better deal' can be expensive.

20 years @ $5M = $179M

10 years @ $0M + 10 years @ $15M = $213M

Locking yourself into an extremely long contract is, also, expensive.

You can't turn down 10+ year deals on the basis that the sponsorship *might* will be worth more in 10 years. Football might also lose its arse, so the longer deals provide stability that can be hedged against the long term debts.

What was proposed wasn't a 10 year deal, I would expect that in a naming rights deal. The hypothetical proposed was 20 years, which is what I said was not a smart choice.

Don't believe the Geuhi rumours but we did hear the other day about VDV playing LB:

VDV - Guehi - Romero - Porro

Not bad depth with Udogie, Danso, Drag and Spence all in reserve

I believe the CB rumors. There's been too many to dismiss. As of now we're going into the season with 3 healthy senior CBs.

We shouldn't relying on Takai or Vuskovic to play meaningful minutes this season.

I'm surprised we're not linked to a better ball playing CB. Micky and Danso are both better carriers than passers. Draguisin isn't go at either. We need a player who can deputize for Romero's skill set.

I have 2. I never said they announced at conception, but you normally know at around 6 weeks, hence why I said 4-5 months roughly.
Maybe there’s a cultural difference but I did not tell colleagues or even family at 6 weeks. Most people here would wait to the first trimester to announce to the world.

That would make them 8 months roughly.

Reckon Son just wants to piss off and he's been held to his contractual rights, didn't look like he wanted to be here the other day.

I think it highly unlikely he'd not want to do a farewell tour in SK of all places.... Might not have the opportunity of this kind again... Especially getting to wave his new legit medal about in the process.

If he's really that eager to duck out then he'd have just pulled a sicky against Reading in the meantime.
