Fuck knows LOL
Surely the bid we made to trigger it is also legally binding unless Forest have fucked that too?

In all honesty, with what Sonny has given us I think if he wants the move we take the £20m. I know £50m does us a massive favour but I think he's completely earned the right to go wherever he wishes after the impact he's made.
£20m, he can join Hugo for a couple of seasons, bow out and enjoy the twilight of his career. No issue with the fee at all.

Trigger: If player agrees, then the parent club have no recourse.
Outside of a clause triggering scenario, my understanding would be that; until an owner accepts a bid, it's not binding... Just a number 'sat' on the table.
I am not quite understanding this. Isn’t a buyout clause paid by the player?
In other words, Tottenham plays the player who then pays his current club to terminate the contract.
Is this not how it works?
Can Kendrick play LB or holding midfield? Get him in.Not sure why everyone is melting , Daniel delivering once again . More money for the transfer fund , even more players we can afford and not buy

MLS has paid more than 10M GBP for a player several times, though always for younger players than Son.They've never paid more than 10 mill for a player
They would probably pay up to 10 mill for Son
No just, yes your on an island by yourself. It was said in jest.
$16M (£11.7M) is the MLS record.MLS has paid more than 10M GBP for a player several times, though always for younger players than Son.
Son's a big deal though, and LAFC plays a stone's throw from LA's famous Koreatown, so who knows
Hugo's there, Bale played there, they've got CWC money, you can see it.
That isn’t true, Wikipedia must just not be updated.$16M (£11.7M) is the MLS record.
There's really no point selling him to the MLS, unless he specifically asks us to do so.
With the WC coming up, I don't think he would do so until January.
I maintain that its likely he moves on to the MLS or K-League next summer on a free.
