Being HG and CT is exactly why they won’t sell him,
Gazpacho they really want to sell but nobody will give them the money they must be asking or he’d be gone by now
Lange signed one of those names listed, the rest were Paratici
No europe to worry about club trained though.
100% profit for the books - Jim could use that to balance against the next 200 stewards he wants to sack in order to pay another overpriced plodder £100k over their wage demands. Irresistible!

As soon as they reach the right price , let’s jump in and match the terms , get a player and fuck over that fat cunt at the same time
Game of opinions I guess, I think Harvey Elliot is already good and will certainly get better with experience. He has a bit of an edge to him as well which we chronically lack. Why would anyone buy Harvey Elliot for £50m. And why would Tottenham do that sort of deal when if it’s bang average British CM your scouting Leicester have Winks and Skipp who, at least solve the HG problem. Not that I want to see either back, but there is at least some rationale.
He does seem to have some sort of block with non Prem players over the age of 21 - you wouldn’t fancy him to seal a deal for Ederson at Atalanta whereas Paratici makes that happen all day long.Which is fair, but I still don’t buy that Lange only looks within our league.
As I said, there’s massive issues with our transfer business (ins and outs) but I’m not buying that the problem is as simple as only buying in our own league when we clearly buy outside of it, and tbh, I don’t mind us looking for prem proven players, what needs to change is the level of player we target.
sYou’d have to think they are at least aiming and planning for Europe though
I wanna a bit more than that for £50m, is he much better than Bergvall? I don’t believe he is.Game of opinions I guess, I think Harvey Elliot is already good and will certainly get better with experience. He has a bit of an edge to him as well which we chronically lack.
Given a) we finished 17th in the league and, dubious explanations not withstanding, looked awful; b) we recently drew against Wycombe and Luton and looked toothless; c) it's two weeks since the MGW fiasco and don't appear to have any clear plan as to what to do with the £60m we evidently had earmarked for him; d) we have a Super Cup against PSG in two weeks; e) we kick off the new PL campaign three days later; and f) that, historically, very little transfer activity happens whilst Levy is out of the country, I don't think it's particularly unreasonable to ask why Levy is in Korea and not in his Batcave trying to sort shit out.Why does he need to be away at Tamworth in January.
Why are you even asking
