Oshimen signed for Galatasary at nearly £70m
I'm so confused.
I thought his contract was up and he was a free agent and where the fuck have a Turkish team got £70m plus wages from?
Napoli offered him a mega contract because they wanted to extract a huge fee for him, the well dried up in terms of suitors because of his insane wages, they couldn't really afford to pay him.

I'm in shock the fee was so high to be honest.

And not one of them is a decent keeper

Kane was our Berbatov replacement essentially. But for the most part, if you're not willing to splash the cash, strikers typically command the highest fees, so no wonder the bargain bucket players haven't worked out.

Solano was unlucky, there didn't seem to be any rhyme not reason why he just forgot how to score. Paying big bucks for 'Plan A' Solanke though was just a disgrace. We'll have to go into another season with him as the focal point because Levy isn't going to cut his losses after a year. I said he'd be Deadwood before we even got him. It's insane to me. One good season on the PL and they panic bought. I don't see a top 10 side from last season who he starts for. Everton who finished 13th I think he'd start for. Ridiculous.
Point taken, but this is harsh. Would've absolutely started for Bournemouth, for starters. Brighton as well. Not glowing praise, but definitely in those 2.

I also never understand why some are so quick to bin players we sign. Many did the same with Son, Dembele, etc....players can take a beat to settle in. And Solanke was playing under our worst manager ever.

Happy to see what he does in a team with a proper manager.

Evanilson and Joao Pedro are much better than him.
