IMO he was excellent in the 23/24 loan. He just seemed to crumble very early into 24/25 and totally lost it.

One note on the injury it was an adductor injury and I think Bayern where in a good place to let that heal properly. Bayern have a fucking great medical team and enough strength in depth in general to cope without rushing players back a la us. Another note for us is adductor injuries are pretty notorious for reoccurring
