Of course he would lile better players, but he will know the constraints he decided to work under. If given the chance to upgrade on Tel and Odobert, he'd snap your arm off.
But he will know his remit is to coach players like Odobert and Tel into top players.
The problem for us fans is, that probably won't work. Another season of mediocrity beckons, and round and round we go.
All the while our rivals sign top proven talent and do far better than us.
