He is saying that is why they can afford to spend so much in the transfer market. The recent trip to Korea, had all the top officials including Lange etc. we just seem to keep appointing new people to Admin positions. The coaching staff is enormous, when you go on match day there is always loads of staff around. Whilst I do not know the full extent of it there seems to be an attitude of no expense spared. That was also the case when the stadium was being rebuilt.
Perhaps we should follow MU and make cuts that could go on the playing staff.
