How does Levy persuade coaches to think long-term when he keeps sacking them in the short term?

He must be a fucking hypnotist

Isn’t this what Nuno said. And what Ange said. Building something, when is it actually going to be built ? Language is important. So saying jam tomorrow is your aim, how you ever going to actually get anywhere, when tomorrow never comes ?

If Frank wants to build something what the fucking hell was the godawful last 18 months under Ange all about ? Wasn’t he meant to be building a long term winners sort of thing ?

Why the ducking fucking dicking bollocking hell do we have to go through this bollocks every year ?

You could have half convinced yourself we had a golden generation of kids coming through if they weren't being perpetually loaned out to Championship and League One clubs until they enter the final year of their deal and are shipped out for a pittance. The future is bleak.

Any team that finishes 17th and doesn't take the threat of relegation the following season seriously in all fairness deserves to be in a relegation fight the following year.

So far Son has left, Solanke hasn't got even a full match in pre season under his belt, we've lost Maddison for pretty much the whole season before we've kicked a ball and Kulusevski is apparently out until the new year. We are in a significantly worse place than the squad that finished 17th last season.

It's an absolute shambles and we have barely 3 weeks to fix it yet again. It's appalling when only weeks ago our chairman said he wants to win the Premier League.

I don't expect reckless spending but I don't expect truly disastrous planning of the season so far.
Don't worry, Johan Lange is getting ready to collate all of his data over the next week. Then he can analyse it and start to make recommendations to Levy.

So true. One of the most obvious things from last season was that we gave up the u23 squad, put some in the first team. Sent the others of any value on loan and then pushed the u18s into the u23 grouping. All part of the ENIC smoke and mirrors.

Because last season they wanted it in one lump sum, which never happens.
Eze has only 12 England caps and not cemented a place in the starting 11. Interestingly Winks has 10 caps but whilst only 2 years older has not played for England for 5 years. The only time I have been impressed with Eze is when he played the last match against us. I really do not see him as being the man that will change our fortunes.

Still no one prepared to answer the question.

If Eze is that good why is he still at Palace after every club in Europe knew of his release clause.
Because from reports palace were insisting that 60m+ of the 68m release clause was paid up front and refused to negotiate on it. That is a massive outlay for any club throughout the leagues. Palace were desperate to keep hold of him and wouldn't negotiate terms.
That's a massive reason why he is still at palace

Seriously though what the fuck is the actual plan at fullback? Spence can’t cover both left and right back at the same time can he? So we would have no real cover if Porro goes down.
