Palace are negotiating from a position of significant weakness.

They have barely signed anybody with only 15 days left, and last year's already thin squad that finished 12th will be burdened with European football this year. Don' think they can afford not to sell Eze to fund a few signings in the final days.

Granted that we're also in a precarious situation, more so if we're putting all our eggs in Eze basket regarding #10, but still way better than theirs.

There's little excuse not to get this done.

Keep all the political stuff out of here ffs

That includes the Levy/ENIC stuff, no?

I Hope Please GIF

I do think there’s a window here to make an ambitious bid and close the deal on Eze now. Sounds as if we may have done that but time will tell. Have to close it before the Goons get involved imo.

Does Guehi forcing his way out help us or hurt us?
Palace won't want a repeat next summer so could look to cash in on Eze, on the other hand losing 2 key players without replacements is putting a big dent in their season.
