Very different players despite both being 10s. Eze you could play at LW, whereas MGW’s next best position is probably as a 8. Personally love Eze’s silkiness and unpredictability. Fits what we need perfectly, especially without Maddison.
MGW is a great player and would be good fit at Spurs, however, Eze is also a great player and such a class person. The whole league likes and respects him. He’s a bit of a Son from a personality standpoint. Give me the guy that I want to see succeed both on and off the pitch.

Leicester City fans expecting El Khannouss to probably go to Palace, they hink it could be close, - they think he's got great creativity but won't replace Eze's goals.

Fans seem to think fee could be between £30m and £40m (based upon Forest recent purchase of Kalimuendo, and Hutchinson), preferably closer to 40m.

All gossip per Leicester fans forums.
What we should be doing is paying the release clause for El Khannouss as well as EZE then as part of the EZE deal we loan them El Khannouss for a season

Good cos "obsession" would be bllx.... I just give as good as I get when it comes to some of these cunts.

.......Although my name is never too far form your lips; is it?

Wrong again......

Most of the off pitch stuff you listed; I concur with and criticised in each case.

I just don't buy a lot of rhetoric around our spending.

(I know I'm wasting my time here cos I've said all this over and over and none of it sticks.......... You and other's judgements anf preconceptions are set in stone.)

Politely; you're way off........ I'm a lifer thx; the only reason I'm not still on those terraces every week are deeper than the kind of shit I'm gonna divulge willy-nilly to randoms like you (even if I have explained at more depth here in the past).... I couldn't care if you think I'm proper or not.... You're just playing the "real fan" card here and I'm perfectly content that it doesn't wash.

That sucks..... 1) I was originally price out of the stadium in 92/93 and 2) I work with youth myself.... So I get it.

My interest is piqued, but I sense you won't/can't share on that front.
You simply saying wrong doesn't make it so. That's simply your opinion.

I very rarely reference you at all your just so volluably associated with the EDF I could pick any of a few proxies. You have become the mirror universe counterpart of John Thomas, should we check how many times you reference him? You also clearly care about what folk think to a laughable extent

"just give as good as I get when it comes to some of these cunts."

Yeah this seems the most nuetral unconcerned outlook one could have. No ones awarding points mate. No idea what a proper fan is so wether you meet the criteria is impossible to gauge. I judge you as bloke who understands the cost of things but NOT their value. The club isn't Enic who are merely its current custodians but hell Levy doesn't really understand this distinction either. As for hiding behind the season ticket makes you a fan counter who claims that. I don't have one.

Id happily discuss where the club and change for Tottenham share the same blindspots but I don't think it would have any impact in the echo chamber identity you have constructed. I just feel like if old John Thomas ceases to exist so would a few of you....

Sure, a week of positivity and then normal service is resumed.

You won’t be praising Levy for doing something good but you will criticise him for doing bad things. Right, got it.
Think we all praised levy for the stadium and everything outside of the football club. Unfortunately the last few years have been a bit shit on the footballing side of things apart from somehow winning the europa league last season. I don't believe anyone on here should have to validate how they support THFC to anyone on here including you. You still come across as patronising and arrogant that tends to rub posters up the wrong way. Still peace ✌️ Mr Paris!!

On Eze, I think he might be an even better fit than MGW because of his smile. The club has just lost a pretty special bloke when it comes too EQ. I feel like we have a few characters that do better around guys able lift their spirits. Read Sarrs goodbye post to Sonny and you see what a fulcrum for that dressing room he was. Think Eze can help with this.
A watch a fair bit of palace as my nephew is a fan and I reckon Eze was born to play for spurs , I think if we sign him he becomes a cult hero , if we get him I think it’s a good intention that the club is actually serious in winning

100%..... And the longer the journey the worse it is........

I've done 3hr trips home from WHL... I've done 30min walks home from WHL.

I still spit in the face of the "you don't have an ST so you don't truly care" sentiment though.

We have overseas fans that get up in middle of the night to watch our games on TV...... That's a damn sight more passionate than some ST holders that just basically go cos they can afford it and have nothing better to do.
Didn’t mean you don’t care - it’s more the apathy and acceptance

Yeah, Eze seems like a super sound guy. The kind of player kids idolize, which we don't really have atm.

Ha ha sue me, my good man.

No but seriously...if our in-house geniuses had got a plan together end of May and knew their footy, going after Jones + MGW + Eze should defo have been on the cards. All are English, young but experienced, quality players. And wouldn't break the bank either.

Jones - Sarr - MGW as our starting 6, 8 & 10...with Palhinha, Bergvall & Madders on the bench...I mean that's solid and defo something Spurs can afford.

It would have been good to have started earlier in window than we did - but I suspect changing manager to Thomas Frank meant it only reasonable to let Thomas look at squad and give his input before starting buying or selling players.
