Hes a very good player but he’s at his ceiling and it’s not a PL and CL winning level star. I get that he’s better than where Tel and Odobert are now but if either of those reach their ceiling it is a player who could get close to reaching Son levels. And that’s who they are looking to replace.

So a really patchy career right up until he joins Atalanta in Italy.
I would be very reticent to pay big money for a player who is 28 in a couple of months who has a history of doing very little in England.
