With City messing us around with our Son replacement bloody glad we have not sold him yet.
Clearly not even close to being the same but you know this.
Eze is their best player and they will get a significant fee for him

The problem with dragging it out, it doesn’t give much time to source an alternative should the move for Eze not come off.I know most here want their signings (and want them NOW!!), but Eze wouldn't be the difference between getting something versus nothing from a City away game anyway. He's good but not that good.
And then the next game is against Bournemouth on 30th, right before the window shuts. Things will be quite clear by then, for better or worse.
Sue me, but I don't see a great problem with this dragging out.
The biggest hurdle isn't the wait for an alternative player, it's Levy always wanting installments. Palace have to replace Eze. If we payed the 60 Million, they would gladly take it and go look for someone. Levy wants to pay a deposit and then 10p per week for 100 years. Of ourse Palace have to first secure a cheap enough replacement first.
Far too much for him - bloke flutters in and out of Championship games
Parties are in "advanced" talks already, with 11 days to go. This is not dragging out until the very last day, as neither party would benefit from it. They want to sell, we want to buy. It'll be concluded one way or another sooner than later. The problem with dragging it out, it doesn’t give much time to source an alternative should the move for Eze not come off.
We need a 10!
Another chelsea reject apparently NkunkuI thought that as well but wouldn't really make sense tbh. They need a back up to Gyokeres.
As a complete fucking novice, with zero history of being a football scout, i would like to think that Palace have more than one iron in the fire.
I mean lets cut to the quick, do you seriously think that Palace are only looking at one player as a replacement?
Wharton is there best player , but you know this . If Guehi hadn’t run his contract down he would cost more as well . I am pro the Eze signing , but if we could sign Wharton I’d take him firstClearly not even close to being the same but you know this.

Man City stance on Savinho to Tottenham transfer should be obvious
Manchester City have been approached by Tottenham over Savinho and hold most of the leverage when it comes to negotiationswww.manchestereveningnews.co.uk
Sounds like the deal is still on to me, if we pay the price
People are really out here saying Savinho isn't 2x a Tel. lolSolanke wasn't world class when we paid 65m for him.
65m doesn't get you world class.
Look what Liverpool paid for Wirtz and will have to pay for Isak.
If reports are to be believed then it’s only another £13m for Akliouche who looks three times the playerA lot of players seem to have inflated prices - too much money in PL chasing a limited pool of good players so even average players ae over priced
With who?Leicester fans forum say BEK's release clause has expired - and they think sale price is agreed at £32m.

Don't worry, in Artita's head it's 'cometh the hour, cometh Merino'.The spurs fan in me is panicking that Woolwich will now go in for Eze with Havertz injury. I hate how we think.
