We paid sixty five million for Solanke because he fitted in with Ange's system, and scored 21 goals in 42 appearances the season before he joined us.
Paying the same for a player from City who has played just 48 games and scored 3 goals and can't get a start in the side is plain daft. In fact he has scored just 16 goals in 98 games at three different clubs.

Eze won’t be involved with us on Saturday so get over it. This will drag on to next week and I won’t believe that he’ll ever be our player till he’s got his photo on with a Tottenham top on. Till then there’s no point in losing our shit.

I said a week ago that I couldn't see us getting either Eze or Savinho. These are just not the type of deals we get done. I still feel that way, there will be some issue, which usually is squabbling over a few million.
