Transfers The Summer Transfer Edging Thread 2025

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Fans are now customers.

Doesn't change anything. Either he cares what the "customers" think, in which case he'd recognize that deliberately pretending to try to sign good players and then not signing said good players is likely to do more harm than good in the big picture, or he doesn't care what the "customers" think, in which case he wouldn't go through all that effort to appease them. You don't need to make up silly theories to justify frustration at the ownership, there's plenty of valid ammunition for that already.

If both players are fit, Richy is levels above Wissa

Based on what lol? Richy was fit for a good while in the prem. He never hit 19 league goals. Neither was he a creative or particularly wonderful technical player.

They're unbelievably similar types. Richarlison occasionally has a worldie in him but otherwise they're both very hard working pest type strikers who if fit all season can score 12-15 in the league usually. Physical but rough around the edges technically in terms of fundamentals.

If richarlison was "levels above" a striker contributing 21 league goals he'd have to be offering other attributes to a high level, which he doesn't.

If we don’t get him then fuck Levy. Fuck this football club lol.

He should already have signed. Everyone else already has their main targets. Stalling over a few million quid will not only let someone else steal in but cost us potential league places and or chances of winning something. Such a pathetic mentality.

Just a much better player
