I am convinced this entire window has been choreographed

I said just before the initial MGW news broke that Kudus was our one big signing of the summer and I genuinely believe that was always the plan

mGW , Savinho and Eze have been deliberate plays to make us appear ambitious but we never really intended to sign any of them

No one can be this incompetent by mistake , this has been carefully crafted

He's practically out the door at Brentford already and a classic opportunistic signing for Levy.

Then probably El Khanous - another punt on a "promising player".
 
I suspected something was up the last couple of days just by how quiet Ornstein had been about Eze moving to us.

I reckon he had heard something about Woolwich coming in which is why he wasn’t really pushing the whole Eze to Spurs line that others were.

And when I saw him this morning tweet that Woolwich were exploring the market I just knew we were getting hijacked.

He knew full well they were coming in for Eze but he wasn’t able to reveal it until his gooner masters allowed him to

If Eze was known to he a Spurs fan I would agree 100% with you.

It is still really bad optics and can only be made to look better by a significant signing or two. Nothing else will do.

Whatever source you believe, the fact is if Eze wanted to play for us then he'd join.

Listen to yourself...you have said he's a Woolwich fan...he is making the decision to play for them so why you so bent out of shape?

Yes the club could have offered more and maybe that would have swayed him in our direction but it's also just as likely he's been waiting for Woolwich to come back in for him.

Nah we wanted savinho to play lw and eze for the 10. Eze isn’t a 10 so I’m not too fussed we haven’t signed him IF we sign another 10. If we don’t then yeah I’d rather have had Eze than no one but don’t think he’d have been the answer for us in the 10 role. For what it’s worth I hope we get kang in Lee and savinho.
