Yeah i thought that. Take flight home with team. Imo its no coincidence savinho is out of team atm. Theyre calling it an injury. Im hopeful we get this deal done then get Kang and Paz done. Would still like another CB, LB and striker as well. Relentless fixtures fvom September to January.
To be honest mate I fear you’re setting yourself up for a massive disappointment

City will sell if we offer enough. If they really didn't want too and savinho had accepted that im sure he wouldn't be 'injured'.

We just gotta cough up of bugger off. If we drag this out with stupid incremental bids and end up falling short then we are even more fucked.

Then will people defend levy saying 'he wasn't worth that much?'

If you're desperate for a car to get to work would you go to a ferrari dealership with Fiat money and then cry when you come home empty handed? Then leave yourself walking 20miles to and from work everyday after that? No.

Just for a bit of balance, let's not simply disniss that Liverpool and United both hac to bid 3 times for Wirtz and Mbuemo respectively.

We are in the latter stages of the window but we can't always be knocked for a so-called low offer.

Special player. Player he's most likely is Modric for me. As regards to MGW, not sure, I think he will be, but possibly not right now.

He has that ability to suck players in, and get out of those type spots and break their press. He just has that knack of knowing where everyone is on the pitch. I'd say Fabregas has coached him well in that regard, there's definitely shades of him.

Don't think it gets done though because Real know he's special, but if it does, I can't imagine they don't have a buy back that won't reflect his value.

I've actually watched lots of him because I worked in a bar with an Italian bar manager, so Serie A games were always on.

More hybrid 8/10 that a classic CAM?

If (like Modric) he does the bulk of his work in the 'engine room'; do you not surmise it'll take him a number of years to make a proper dent in the EPL?

ManC may be dicking us around, but we did nothing wrong with our stance over not selling Kane.... It's just brattish on their part.

Beyond that, there's few clubs that won't happily take our money if they have a player to sell.

......Parrish would have happily banked our 60m-ish if the player hadn't proffered to go to the scum.

......The BFG simply didn't want to lose his best player.

There are many quote about levy being difficult, moving goal posts and such. Fergie said his hip replacement was less painful than dealing with levy.
Levy been at it for 25 years and the other chairman are probably sick of him and don't want to deal with him if they can help it

I don't think it'll take him years at all. Maybe a few weeks or so to get up speed, but he'd fit very well. He's levels above the rest of his teammates and one of the better players in Serie A.

He can play 10/8, similar to MGW in that regard. He can get stuck in and he's one of the better ball winners for his position too.
