To be fair, this is more on the whole transfer news industry. They use techniques based on the Barnum effect to get people clicking. They don't really know what is going on but say something so vague that sounds like it applies to specific information.
What is all this project bollocks... its absolute garbage... the project for every team is to win games and win trophies... what else is there... we would like you to come and model out the As-Is process for stadium tours then can you implement rapid process improvement so it can be more efficient. I would then like you to run some tests and measure the results of the new process against the As-Is so we can track benefit realisation...
