If the Simons signing happens where do I go to complain? This undercuts everything I believe in. That Spurs can't compete for the best players on the transfer market, that Levy will never spend money, that we're doomed to live off table scraps thrown away by the big four spenders. There is so much uncertainty in this world, but I always had the certainty of knowing we wouldn't be able to have nice things. What am I supposed to come here and complain about? I had the comaraderie of fellow sufferers to come back to. Is all that fellowship gone? Are we doomed to success? We have a competent coach who doesn't insult us, young players on the rise, 180 minutes of defensive excellence in the first two games. Now a successful transfer window. When will this madness end?

Just to clarify, I wasn't wishing him, or them, the best of luck.

Maybe we should sign Charlie Adam and stick him on for the last few minutes in the NDL.
