Xavi is a great signing alongside Kudus but due to very poor signings including Odobert, Tel and the very limited player in Johnson, Spurs have been put in a situation where we have got too many players in the same position fighting for playing time. After spending £30M - £40M on them, and realistically loans are out of the question for obvious reasons, and thats not including Solomon who hasn't even got a move as of yet.
If we dont clear positions + wage then its unrealistic for us to sign another forward due to how Spurs operate.

I take the point that Atalanta are an attacking team but his numbers cannot be over inflated if he outperforms his XG every season, it means he is clinical regardless, even if he's playing in a 'defensive' system he's still producing a high volume of GC's.
