Transfers The Summer Transfer Edging Thread 2025

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

3 hours ago The Times and others were reporting we weren’t looking at a striker. Then we bring in a striker.

It has an option to buy then it doesn’t then it does then it doesn’t.

Madness
Indeed. It's almost as though all the knicker-wetting from the usual suspects on here about rumours that they find / imagine are nothing more than a waste of urine until the fat lady has actually finished her song...

Same. I'm convinved Tel is just not a winger - he'll end up as a striker eventually. Odobert just isn't ready. Needs a few more years to beef up. Soloman is the best LW of them 3 right now. Least potential and a midtable prem player at best, but that puts him ahead of the other 2!
Are you serious about Odobert beefing up? He’s a fucking tank when you are close to him. He just needs to learn how to use his physique

Great stuff . Not much but just needs to go.
Manor Solomon needs to go but apparently he wants to stay. Will be sat in the stand the amount of wide players we’ve got.

That's more to do with the depreciation on our books but Solomon joined us on a free so it wouldn't be an issue. If he wants to play football and has clubs interested in him on a free then mutually terminating would be in both his and our interest, thus a mutual agreement. The b) and c) are irrelevant because we haven't thus far been able to loan him or sell him. Doubt there's any serious plans to use him in the squad either, no chance he'll be registered for Europe.
It has got nothing to do with the depreciation on our books.
Again you are just showing your total lack of knowledge and understanding.

It has everything to do with the fact the players has a £60k per week fixed term contract with us, that we have to pay him for, whether he plays or not

That is our liability, he is due it, we cannot walk away from it.

Even in your own description you say he may have other clubs interested in him, so would be best for both to terminate his contract. No, it would be best for him, and us, if we sold him, even on a free transfer, despite you in another paragrapoh saying nobody wants to loan or buy him. You really are all over the place. I would give up now, put it down to a bad day, maybe even accept that you have learned something today.
