Oh, bugger
Gil's a full Spain international tbf, can't see Solomon ever representing SpainAll this faux outrage on Solomon is lame. Just lemmings following the latest fad.
Glad he's gone to a better league. Perform well and someone should shell out 15-20m considering we somehow managed 10m for Gil.
On the final day of the transfer window, and our only other forward out for an unspecified time what would you have done?I hate straight loans, what’s the point other than of course the season on loan. Just increasing the value of someone else’s player or paying loan fee plus huge wages for a turd.

Put Tel up front in order to rest Richy our injury prone option, or brought in a player who last season scored 22 goals in 40 starts on loan.
Mate, it's the no brainer of all no brainers.
He'd be saying the same thing about Ronny Rosenthal or for example Anne Frank.
If Bissouma pulls his finger out he could be very useful to spell Bentancur or PalinhaAnnoyed we couldn’t get a permanent for Solomon
What is going on with Bissouma btw?
I don't think he can play though.
I think Dragusin’s return is sooner than expected. However, there is the small point of our medical department.Danso is quality, Dragu very good.
Davies and Gray competent.
If we lose Romero, Micky, Danso and Dragu all to injuries at the same time then Levy's next signing should be an exorcist.
We must have dropped 200k with Son going?RKM, Palinha both on 200k pw +. Kudus must be 150k pw, Simons 200k pw
Can’t think of a window where we added 4 top wage bracket players and made our captain out highest earner at the club
Seems like finishing 17th did spook baldy. Obviously CL money helped too.
He needed to get real if he wants to keep the top 4 cash cow rolling. PL spending has gone to another level, 200m summers will now need to be the norm for us.
I think it was Muani as he can play left wing but can play centre forward as well if Solanke is out for any time.I'm surprised it was Muani and not Lookman, but at least Spurs added quality depth. I think there will be a deal of consequence, or at least the possibility of one, in the winter window.
It's allowed in the CL, Kolo Muani can play in our game against PSG too.
We did, plus another £15m-ish per year for Reguilon, Forster, Werner and Whiteman.
Nope.Sure we moved on Son who was on £200k pw but we have added about 4 players on £200k pw. so quite a large increase in weekly wage bill (excluding a big raise for Romero on his new contract)
But we have scope to increase our wage bill much more than any other club so its not a big issue for us as we are in a good place on wages/turnover ratio
Spence maybe got a bump too?Sure we moved on Son who was on £200k pw but we have added about 4 players on £200k pw. so quite a large increase in weekly wage bill (excluding a big raise for Romero on his new contract)
