I'm surprised many people have enough awareness of him to be bothered. People can spend time looking at player's social media posts on non football topics and become bothered by them. But what's the point? The world is full of people and their opinions. Some I agree with, some I don't. Besides, who made me judge of all things that I need to make pronouncements on other people's opinions? I don't want to apply for that job.

Compare the fact that we cant seem to sell anyone ever shows how crap our recruitment has been the past 5 years.

Chelsea and Liverpool are fetching good prices and re investing.

I think he was finished as "elite" after the 2nd season at Madrid.

I guess it depends on your definition. I think 'elite' Jose was beyond Guardiola level. The Jose we had was about the same as Conte's peak - capable of winning things but not capable of patience or humility.

Probably the best manager United have had since Fergie, and would still likely get them top 6 if he replaced Amorim. His undoing here was bringing in Sacramento, who seems to be a toxic little toad. Long is the list of managers who are heavily reliant on their assistants, and even longer is the list of successful assistants who make fucking terrible managers in their own right

4/10 is 40% of the outfield players.
You are making it sound like that's not a significant amount.

Porro, Romero, VdV, Spence, Simons, Muani, Palhinha, Kudus would all get significant minutes in a combined squad, whilst Udogie, Bentancur, Maddison, Kulusevski at least would well capable of rotation roles.

If you are talking in terms of these hypothetical best 11s when everyone is fit, well I don't think we even know who gets in our own.

Real and Pep defo broke him somewhat but he still came back and won the the title with Chelsea so the illusion was still in tact but after United everyone but fucking Levy could see that this guy doesn’t have it anymore.

Employing the guy who wanted to pay you 50m for Eric Dier is just negligent.
