Probably a load of bollox but heard on Talksport earlier United are looking to sell Mainoo and Gnaracho to comply with FFP, we should put the feelers out for Mainoo!
Be payback for Sheringham and carrick etc

Edit - fuck that shit , not for £80 million

He does want ridiculous wages. I also think he is very overrated. I would love a top quality midfielder but Mainoo does not have the top passing ability that is needed. We don’t have anyone who can see the pass. Feel we need more a Carrick style player.
If thats what you want, Stiller is the guy for you. Or Johnny Cardoso to a lesser extent.

I prefer Ugochukwu's profile, but thats just me.

Also, I'm interested to see how Roony Bardghji looks when he starts playing again soon.

But neither of us are Lange or Ange and they will make the final decision. I still think Bergvall and Gray have the ability to develop into what we need as a 6. Then we would need an 8 that can break lines by beating the press and get goals. The fact is Sarr is not good enough on the ball to do this. I think a Midfielder and a winger are what we need in the summer depending if we get Tel to stay.

Expect the following to be surplus:
Richarlison
Bissouma
Solomon
Davies?
Sarr?
Bentancur?

We definitely need more major surgery and I have no clue who will be our manager next season.

Neither of us are Lange or Ange as far as you know*

I think Bergvall has the ability to be what we need as 8 tbf, and jury is out on Gray, haven't seen him really play that position. I think Sarr is still young and growing with buckets of potential and has a squad spot at a minimum. Bentancur will probably stick around one more year before moving on. I think 6 is where we need more midfield depth, but thats just my thoughts

Who's coming back this time?
Kane or Royal?

Or...........

Apart from the 80m, the Carrick, Berba, Sheringham situation was them feeling, they were stepping up and moving up in the football world (and let's be hones, they were!).

Mainoo would feel that we are a sideways step, maybe even a step down regardless of United's current situation. 80m, big wages and a young age is a categoric NO GO for me, if there's even going to be a whiff that he arrives feeling he's doing us a favor by being here. Which I personally feel there would be.

Won’t be back yet….

The release clause in the contract of Bayern Munich and England striker Harry Kane, 31, will decrease from £67m to £54m over the next year. (BILD - subscription required), external

Should a club trigger Kane's release clause at Bayern Munich then his former club Tottenham Hotspur would have to decide whether to match the bid and hope he preferred a return to north London. (Telegraph - subscription required)

Honestly can’t see this happening tbh

Not for that kind of money at least
