No there not. But the powers that be will worry about these problems and they will impact decision making whether you accept that or not. We just spent 500m in 3 seasons so dont understand why you think we are due a spending spree.

500m in 3 seasons but wage bill is disproportionately low for vast number of years for a club our size.

Because ENIC implies so, if we are to believe, especially after Levy is sacked AND they refuse to entertain any buyouts, then we should really expect a spending spree.
