Isn’t Adingra right footed and plays on the other side?

It does feel a million miles away and maybe we'll never get a fully fit team. But watching the incredible form of Simons and Solanke has got me thinking that we do have a very good team if we actually had everyone fit. We do have some top players, we just don't ever get to see them all play together. The only glaring weaknesses are goalkeeper and a top centre mid.

Vicario
Spence Romero VDV Udogie
Gallagher Palhinha Maddison
Kudus Solanke Simons

Bench: kinsky Porro Danso Gray Bergval Kulusevski Richarlison Odobert

If we could sign a top goalkeeper and a top defensive mid then we'd have a real top team on paper

Guess the problem is our coach is a total coward who won't allow the team to play on the front foot for 90 mins. And the other glaring problem is that we seem to end up with 10+ injuries for majority of the season
Agreed. But please don't slap Xavi out to the left!

2nd young player in the last 2 days with Chelsea recalling Sarr due to depth issues yet we finished yesterday with Gray, Palinha and a year long absent Dragusin and can't touch the current Bundesliga player of the season in Vuskovic even though he's owned by us.

Sorry it just seems daft.

Maybe we just think it's better for him, even at the expense of us, to let him stay there for the season and finish what's he's started there. He could come back to us and end up on the bench most weeks, or he could stay there and actually win some player based awards and play almost every minute available.
He'd be pissed right off if we dragged him back and ruined his season.

I guess the 70s were just a different time. Jennings is still loved at Tottenham and came back to us after the move.

Even Terry Neill joined us in the 70s after playing for them and then went back to manage them directly from us as well.
Jennings was thought to be ready to retire and not good enough.
Neill was batshit mental and his appointment is crazy to this day,

Who of them exactly is an attacking player sir ?

Might not be super clearly stated, but I would assume that we have Spurs fans here that would know right away what position who plays and also that in other departments we had other injuries like Davies, Bentancur, Bergvall etc...
ah, didnt realise you meant attacking players exclusively. In that case yeah, we've done fuck all

I reckon Vinai , Lange and Frank are having a nice long lunch together

And why not?

They have more than earned it , time to bathe in the success that this last month has been on all fronts

It's really important to celebrate the victories

According to Frank, the players we have out and unavailable, apparently can't be replaced by any other players because incoming players are not of the required quality.
Whatever you think of Frank, he's not really in a position to publicly say much else. He's just the poor sod put out there who has to answer these questions for things he's not responsible for.

Same as Ange, Conte, Jose, Nuno, Poch...

I dont know if its intentional (or appreciated) but the new profile pic both upsets me and makes me read your posts in his voice

Not since the 70s when we sold them Pat Jennings and Willie Young. Gallas and Campbell swapped one club for the other but both out of contract.

That's right, the only other one I can think of was Jimmy Robertson in the late 1960s.but I'm not old enough to remember him. The only reason I know about him is because I used to live near Cowdenbeath, where he apparently played early in his career. I got chatting to some old chaps who told me about it.
