The big priorities for me
CB has to be a red herring… we are stacked with CBs and Vuskovic to integrate
Did anyone watch this bloke against Nottingham Forest....sighAghehowa’s clearly the striker we’re after, there’s been too much smoke regarding him over the past couple months for their not to be some fire behind it.
I do think he still looks very raw, his touch is very ropey, but there are attributes there that you can see why we’re after him, he’s big, quick, powerful, and he knows where the goal is, you can work with that. I don’t think he’s worth £70m but the market’s that fucked now that maybe that’s just the going rate for a striker with promise but that still needs polishing up.
There’s not really anyone else out there I can think of that’s realistic, and Harry doesn’t look like he’s pining to come home anytime soon, so if it means I don’t have to claw my eyes out watching Richarlison every week then I’m fine with it.
Yep the same people here wanted him still talking ...you think they would have some shame.
We’d be stupid to loan him out. If he goes to a club at that level on loan and they figure out how much he lacks as a player, you’ve blown any chance of ever selling him.
Figure out what these clubs are willing to pay for him, and if it’s close to £30m, I’d honestly just take it and run.
It just wreaks of what will be pushed to happen though, Villa will be his top option, but will likely only use the loan with option route (like Rashford and Asensio). Think he would get goals at Villa coming on from 60. But agree his deficiencies would be very clear and they wouldn’t then sign him.A loan is daft. He has some use to us. Just not once we have better players.
As it’s daft i expect we will go ahead with it
Are you being serious? We’d be stupid to loan him out. If he goes to a club at that level on loan and they figure out how much he lacks as a player, you’ve blown any chance of ever selling him.

Sounds about right for a striker of his quality, both fee and wages.Likely 80 to 90 mill gala dont need money state funded. Plus his wages he would want to be hihhest earner here likely 250 300k a week will cost alot but hes up there with haaland and kane maybe 4th best striker in the world currently
Centre back FCThat Spurs need a LB is obvious (coz Udogie is so injury prone)....but I can't get why they want to replace the whole left-side of the team unless they are selling van de Ven.
And Spurs already have the following CBs: Romero, Vuskovic, Danso, Dragusin, Ashley Phillips, Takai, van de Ven.

Alasdair Gold reveals Tottenham's four transfer priorities ahead of January window
Alasdair Gold has revealed which positions Tottenham Hotspur will prioritise over the next two transfer windows. Going by the speculation over the last few weeks,...www.spurs-web.com
Four positions Tottenham want to strengthen
Football.London’s Alasdair Gold has now backed up the claim that a left-back is a priority next month, but he reveals that the North Londoners want to replace the entire left-hand side of the team.
It does not come as a surprise to hear that Tottenham also want a left-back, given that Ben Davies is in the final year of his contract and Destiny Udogie continues to struggle with injuries.
Gold adds that over the next two transfer windows, Tottenham also want to add a midfielder and another centre-back to their squad
You say that but then you contradict yourself...
My 9th richest club in the world.Richarlison: very good finisher but weak in the build up
Solanke: decent all round
Mauni: Not a LW, good build up/hold up but mixed in front of goal

Cherki's always had more raw talent than Savinho...and a lot of other young players. His attitude was the concern at Lyon, where it took him 5 years to perform on the regular. Any Spurs fan who had concerns about signing a Lyon starlet with known attitude issues was well within their rights to feel that way, after the Ndombele fiasco.
To buy a striker above Solanke or Richarlison is harder than you think. It would take a lot of transfer fees, big wages and a player willing to come. Woolwich spent big on a striker and he is poorer than both of ours.
Eketike was a masterstroke by Liverpool but most other forwards are like the guy in Portugal, a huge gamble.

That's why Goon, Creep, Crook & Chew get paid zillions of GBP a year...to do their homework as thoroughly as possible so that any signing is as close to a sure thing as possible.Eketike was a masterstroke by Liverpool but most other forwards are like the guy in Portugal, a huge gamble.

If ENIC are serious, he's the type of player I feel we should be targeting.
Aaaah the old "Yeah but Gyokeres is shit". Obviously I friggin hate him and that cunt club, but that's such a lame & pointless line. Guy has been at Woolwich for 5 minutes...how long Richy & Solanke (60 mil each) been at Spurs and playing PL football?
Also, according to TransferMarket or you know, just that thing called common sense...there's at least 30 strikers that are better than them two dumplings.
But yeah, point taken about the money. Let's just stay put and keep pocketing 4.5mil per home game then, yeah? Who really cares about setting new xG lows week in week out eh?
