We always sell our top striker.......Yes...7 goals in approximately 6 months plus a missed penalty....
What a loss....
Lamela was superb at times, and for Fabregas’ hand stomp alone worth every penny.Eriksen was a bargain. Prices have moved so much since that he would cost three times as much now.
Lamela was serviceable, even if a little overpriced.
Chadli too — and I think we fully recovered his transfer fee.
Soldado, Paulinho and Chiriches were a waste. Capoue Meh.
Get up?
Sell them him, they can keep the other one.
West ham need a lot more than that
Lamela had that dawg on him, something the current squad badly lack. Gave it his all every game, got under the opponents skin at every opportunity. I miss him so much.Lamela was superb at times, and for Fabregas’ hand stomp alone worth every penny.

So if, and that's a big fucking IF, the press are to be believed thats him, richy, dragusin, Tel and VDV all looking to leave.
The Frank affect
Lamela had the intangibles and character that set the tone. Chadli did get it tight from some people, despite being pretty effective. We should have kept Chadli instead of Lamela.
Chadli's Spurs record, in terms of goals and assists to games, is virtually identical to Kulu's.
I think now that the club is in the shit as far as the league is concerned, being like Brighton, or signing unknown teenagers who have never played in such a league, this really isn't the time. However I'm not against it as long as we bring in an already developed player that can help out with less question marks. I assume that's where Conor Gallagher comes in. I know we're not in a good position to just start looking with just 3 weeks left of the transfer window, but I rather see a deep lying elite passer in midfield, we didn't or don't have to wait until January 1st to find one and make an arrangement with his club.Fair.
But the same people writing off this player they've never seen would be absolutely wanking themselves to dust if it was 90m on Diomande.
Another player they've not seen a minute of.
But simply because he's 90m, he's not a punt.
They'd accept a 90m punt but not a economically harmless one.
They prefer transfers like NDombele and Sanchez to Eriksen and Dele.
What's even funnier is they say "why can't we be like Brighton and find the Balebas and Caicedos of the world before them".
Who were cheap punts from South America themselves.
Numpties. Stupidity is loud.
In other words… a Frankball LB who can overlap and spam crosses in.Souza as far as i can tell is a Mykolenko style LB, if you’ve watched him at Everton
-Good athlete, big lungs on the overlap
-can hit a cross on the run
-solidly built and solid in the tackle
-high crossing volume is his main threat, doesn’t look to invert or play inside
-ball carrying and running, not passing
-weakness is playing out of the back and passing/technical ability
Seems like the exact wrong fit next to VDV.

Yeah his first touch is shocking in many of those clips. Only keeps/recovers the ball due to his pace. Level of opposition is laughable too.
Doesn’t seem to be much of plan to develop him. And shot stopping is an issue.
Doesn’t matter how good he is with his feet if he can’t make saves.
