Tbh though we're probably as well placed as any Prem club outside of Man City to match or come close to matching his salary.

As Kane you believe it mentioned above, it depends on wether we want to continue as the most successful commercial operation, or use our financial power to compete on the pitch.

Apparently Saka is on 300k per week now. So their highest earner is on a third of that figure more than ours, but they're not a third of their wealth richer than our club.

They also have other players on like 250 - 280k per week.

So what?

It's a massive amount and over 5 years 75 million pounds, but Saka is in that bracket and earned that crazy salary, which is a once in a lifetime remuneration package.

To buy a player as good (and where are they,?) would be 70 - 80 million pounds, plus a commensurate salary. No brainer to pay to stay, especially as Saka should still have 4 or 5 more years at the topof hos game, sadly..

Very different from having to find anyone nearly as good, and with all the associated risks.

Or they sell as we had to eventually with homegrown Kane and see the difficulty in filling the void.

Kudus is our most potent threat currently, richarlison isn't a particularly good striker and isn't a particularly good winger.

Johnson, not technically adept. How did we miss that.

Solanke. Obviously not elite even before we bought him .

And yet, Johnson and richarlison are /were some of our top goalscorers vs Tel who is another French young talent who is yet to take off

Have you seen Saka’s stats over the last couple of years?

If we were paying a player that amount to deliver those numbers, I’d be arranging protests.

Don't recall many screaming for us to buy him from his stint at Sheff Utd prior to that.

He has a whopping 4 goals and 2 assists.

Marmoush has ~1 season PL experience in total having only arrived here last Jan, and apparently Pep has seen enough to discard him already, he has 1 goal and 1 assist in 15 appearances this season.

I'm not sure either are the right player to support the Prem proven point that you're trying to make.

Although CJJ CJJ , having done some googling, I do actually have to hold my hands up, he was at Everton last season too apparently? I thought he only signed in the summer.

I'll refrain from sarcastically pointing out that he can't have been all that impressive though if I had no idea he existed...
