Well they could start by...

-Not giving Lange a promotion...oop sorry they already did that.
-Not re-signing Paratici back to the club...oop sorry they already did that, luckily for them (and us) he decided a bit of skirt is -better than working under Lange
-Sacking the worst manager we've ever had but nope they for whatever reason wanna keep him in the job when it's clear he's out of his depth.
-Not giving Bentancur a new deal...oop my bad they did that already

At this rate it's gonna take more than 5/6 years to clear this mess the way this new regime are going about things...
If you think I'm defending the job that ENIC are doing them you're picking the wrong argument.

You can't get rid of a whole footballing infrastructure overnight sadly. I think these morons will drag out the ineptitude. Probably sign some more expensive players on bigger wages, but it'll still be on players that make no sense for us, a la Gallagher right now. There were a lot of holes to plug before we get another B2B midfielder.

This club won't be fully fixed until ENIC is gone. But getting rid of himself was a good first step. Just a shame everything since, has not been.

The only thing that would change that would be new owners prepared to squeeze every penny out of the financial rules and with a cheat-code.
I reckon 2-3 years minimum with excellent windows maybe less if Moore, LWB and Vuskovic all live up to their (perhaps unrealistic) expectations. .
Yeah I'd we get sold, it could speed it up for sure. A ground up restructuring of every department is needed.

Just saying that it's going to take a lot of time to put things right, and people who think that it could all just go away after a couple of months are loopy.

For those that worship at the altar of Daniel it must give them a warm cozy feeling that it’s same old same old, even if Danny boy was kicked to the gutter .
Anyone with any sense knew he was a figurehead. A shield to deflect the criticism from the owners.

Another example was Woodward at United being the shield for the Glazers.

Still doesn't mean Levy wasn't a man whose time had passed by the end though.

No, why would you think that?

Yeah, you’re right — you can’t completely fix it overnight, but you can make incremental improvements, I don't think that's too much to ask. The problem is this new regime hasn’t even done that - if anything, they’ve added to the same issues and if Daniel Levy really did such a terrible job, why are we still seeing the exact same behavioural patterns at the club after he’s been moved on? That doesn’t give me any faith at all. If the same mistakes and short-term thinking are still happening after a supposed reset,

The Conor Gallagher situation is a perfect example. It’s lazy scouting — signing a player because the opportunity presents itself rather than because he actually fits a long-term plan. We’ve been here before so many times and it always ends up one way.

What makes it even more frustrating is that I don’t think we’re that far away. This squad isn’t miles off being a consistent top-six side again, pushing for top four and maybe even challenging higher up. A few smart, well-thought-out additions — and fewer short-term stupid decisions like the ones I mentioned would genuinely put us back on the right path, IMO.

Preaching to the choir bud.

I think the new ENIC leadership are clueless.

Absolutely not.
He’s our best open-play defender.
The hoi polloi would burn the stadium down.
This club have proven time and time again from the chump mangers ( that's all of them(bar Redknapp and Pochettino) To making Tango and chips please Ndombele record signing they will do the craziest crap imaginable so my question to you is......
