OK, on Firefox for Windows (and perhaps Linux):

Tools > Options > Advanced Tab > Network Tab > Settings.
Check Use manual proxy configuration and type in the proxy ip (80.243.182.139) and port (3128) into the boxes.

On Mac (Firefox): Preferences > Advanced (Gear) > Network subtab > "Settings…" button under connection. Paste in the IP and port while selecting "Manual proxy configuration." Then load:

If you can't get the proxy working or can't be arsed then try BBC World Service. Not sure if it's an app or something, but we've got someone here that's using that to stream from his phone & it's working.
