If you go to the stadium there’s so little of our past on display that it’s unsurprising. They wouldn’t have a clue who Chiv was and that’s on the club.Agreed.
In most sports, losing a club great would trigger some emotion, some reaction. A win or else. We are , as you rightly say, soulless. It's only anecdotal, but for many years 10-12 Spurs diehards get together at varying venues to watch our game, be it 1 am or 5 am. I'm struggling to get 5 of us nowadays.
Let's get appallingIt's reached that stage when things get so bad, all I can do is laugh.
This image of Frank with his Woolwich cup is Alan Partridge-esque. If I could be arsed I would put a speech bubble on it saying ''aha''.

Martin Samuel (yeah I know) made a good point in the Times yesterday when he said the board want to be liked and so that may well be the reason he walks soon.
The fans would get behind someone if there was something to grab onto. Some sign of patterns or improvement. Theres nothing. It’s been almost nothing but dire football since the end of Ange’s new manager bounce.
That’s two years, with only one momentary prick of light.
And honestly aside from a period where it looked like Conte was going to turn water into wine, it’s been much longer than two years.
It’s the players.
We have perhaps two players who should be nailed on starters in the PL. Everyone else is anonymous or a negative.
The entire club needs rebuilding. We the support need to have the stomach for a multi year project. There is no quick fix here nor any other path forward.
If you don’t think Frank is the man to lead it that’s fine, but whomever replaces him will have to lead it and that man won’t be someone who can get a top job today because a man like that will take one where he can win things quickly, and not have to start from the ground up.
Or in this case, start from a shouldering crater.

So when they sacked Ange, they said the points gained in the League meant the position is untenable.
Frank isn't on for much more, especially as we're about to lose every game until March.
Maybe they don't want to bring in a new manager for the February run.
But he needs to go.
Get Inzaghi on the phone immediately and tell him he's got £250m in the summer to convert the squad to his 3-5-2/3-4-3.

Spence, Porro, Romero, Bentancur, Richarlison, Davies, Bissouma, all date back to Conte. We’ve had a very high turnover since Conte tbf, so I’m not sure that is fair.
The mess is a result of incoherence in squad planning.
We’ve got a young squad who need to be nurtured under a progressive system, this current manager is going to absolutely cause us long term harm.
Who walks in, assesses this squad and says, yeah Paulinha and Danso long throws is what’s needed???
His handling of Bergvall is a microcosm of everything wrong with Frank - this is a complete waste of time
More scary is that I’m not sure he’ll get those points.Though he only has to get 12 points from the last 17 games to gain more points than last season.
How's that for scary
It's not Franks fault he hasn't got an easy cup to play in. Be fair.More scary is that I’m not sure he’ll get those points.
And he’ll probably not win a fucking trophy to go some way towards making up for the shite league form either.
Though he only has to get 12 points from the last 17 games to gain more points than last season.

End of the year I gave him but I didn't expect for us to be still be this awful by now. Inconsistent results and performances were the (low) bar to be met after last year.
But it's just shit and embarrassing with him. Changed my vote he has to go.
It's not Franks fault he hasn't got an easy cup to play in. Be fair.
Current run is 2 wins from 11 - so I'm not sure that's a given
In my years of following Spurs, I can't think of a period where we felt so disconnected. Yes, we have had lean years, trophy droughts, and so forth. It's sad, but we are a laughingstock. Fans abusing players and managers, infighting, Think of the meltdowns in recent times.
Mou sacked the week of a final, with Conte dropping truth bombs at a presser extraordinaire, finishing 17th yet winning a European trophy, whilst having Ange challenging fans. Add today's debacle with Micky, Porro and co.
Our captain is sending shots at the club today.
