Outstanding interview.
I’m all in for the Thomas Frank era.

Really like that mentality tbh, even if it was a small part of the video.
Good 1st interview, only telling thing was he never mentioned Son when talking about this teams most experienced players to build on from.
To Dare Not Is To Do Not
I wasnt too surprised about Vic(gk are boring
Doesn't surprise me. I've always rated him highly. Was used all wrong under Ange, often as a lone 6 in a chaos system where he was constantly left exposed. He is not a DM but played as the most exposed DM in the league last year. I think Rodri would have struggled to do that role for us, nevermind a player being shoehorned into that role! Often with 2 of Maddison, Kulusevski or Bergval ahead of him in the midfield 3! Full backs inverted! My God he was fed to the dogs!
Solid itw. I like him as a communicator.
Waiting for the meltdown when people hear him say “if they make mistakes I don’t mind as long as they are brave and try their hardest”
The Ange echo on that was strong.
No mention of Paratici. The structure is pretty clear now: levy, vinai, Lange, Frank. I rate that. Small, tight knit and a point to prove.
Pre-season doesn't start until July so I think that this was more of a tour around the building and getting to meet people thing. And the players spotted were just in to do rehab since it was Maddison and Dragu.Wonder if he’s had any training with them yet? Or if this was just his orientation day
Yeah agree
