Matt Wells coaching that drill so exactly the same defensive “coaching” as last year… and I promise 5 defenders drilling shape work against 0 attackers wasn’t the difference between last season and what we saw vs Woolwich.

Frank’s biggest difference will be in his management of schemes and personnel more than coaching

Even in his first interview he made a point of being respectful to ange and highlighting his achievement with us.I really liked that,very measured when he speaks,really happy he’s our new coach instead of the other candidates who were being linked.

I think Frank's overall directive to tell players they can prioritise defending will be big.

Matt Wells is coaching that drill. He will be using his coaching methods to coach it.

He will be coaching it to fit Frank’s playing style and philosophy. If Frank has had any coaching input into that drill, it would have been the way he coached Matt Wells to lead it.

You always act like you know definitively what’s going on behind the scenes, when in reality you have no more of an idea than the rest of us!

How do you know Frank hasn’t sat down with Matt Wells and the little Subbuteo table and shown him exactly what he wants to get across to the players?!

If Frank has spelled it out precisely what he wants it’s his coaching methods using Wells as a conduit.

Of course it could be either way. Wells could have suggested the method to Frank, but to claim it’s all Matt Wells is just your usual arrogance in assuming all your opinions are fact!
