Switched my vote. Do it before it's too late, especially when this season seems like Citeh chelscum, United and Liverpool all looked wobbly. We should take advantage of it before the season is a write off.
It's hard to argue that he is making progress though? He has taken one of our best players last yr in Bergvail and made him a bit part player. He has added grit to the team to be fair, but where it was today God knows. it is horrible to watch, the home form is atrocious, he continues to stick with players who are not performing, he is very slow to make changes and I can see the argument for more time, but I just don't see it. I think there are better managers out there, they will come if we pay them, but serious investment is required in the squad by the right people, no matter who manages us.

You give the right manager time. Is Frank the right manager, early signs not great but he deserves more time but we have to start playing better football soon or the fans will turn on him soon
The problem is at this club the manager always goes before the players.
The fans also seem quite happy with that.
the players would never be able to play his brand of football every 3-4 days. That will probably not be an issue for us next season as we won't make Europe but I personally wouldn't go for him as players wouldn't be able to cope with his style if in Europe

He can’t be starting that team and tactics again. He’s a bright guy but he’s committing footballing suicide if he thinks the side he picked today is any sort of blueprint for moving the club forward.
The board have gone all out for him and hired practically all of his Brentford backroom staff so I don't see them getting rid anytime soon.

I'm always of the mindset of giving a manager at least a season, maybe even 2 seasons, to see if there's any green shoots . Especially if the first season showed moments of real promise (ange)
No problem with losing, especially away to much Superior teams but a hate cowardly negative shite which is why I was desperate for Nuno to get the axe.
